Muscle Soak

Soothing Detoxifying Muscle Soak

To relieve muscle aches and pains and

reduce inflammation safe and naturally.

1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 cups of Epsom Salts

Add to your bath and soak for at least 15 minutes.......Longer if you can. You can increase salt for added pain relief. If you have a garden tub double the ingredients.

*Hot soaks not recommended if you are diabetic
